Another HSG

I'm going for another HSG today. And I'm hoping that this has better results than the last one. Dr B felt like we had done it to soon after the ectopic pregnancy. I know that God has a plan and I also know that his plan may simply be that no more babies are in my future.

I AM prepared for this... However I'm not saying that I will be happy about it. I will be heart broken on top of a little bit angry. But I suspect that he already knows that's how I'll feel and he will help me get through it!

There's also always the possibility that it will go great and my tubes will be open and we are ready to go. Either way I know that my sweet hubby will be right by my side when I hear the actual news from Dr B next week. And he will do his best to help me get through whatever the news will be.

Next week is going to be a super busy week... Lots going on. Get the news from Dr B, Christian gets his braces off after 3 very long years and Chris and I will be married 9 years... WOW!

I love you John Christopher Gafford!

Psalms 138:3
In the day that I called, you answered me. You encouraged me with strength in my soul.

1 Corinthians 13:13
But now, faith, hope and love remain- these three. The greatest of these is Love.

Blah...

This has been a very blah week. My sweet hubby is sick, Kaden just got over being sick and I just feel blah, not sick just bloated, irritable, tired and gassy! That's right... I said gassy. This girl is very rarely gassy and certainly when I am its not the room clearing kind. Lord this week has been awful. My poor family! All I can do it burst out laughing and they know to run! Its really sad in a hysterical funny kind of way.

The good news is that last night was better, well at least it wasn't smelly! I hope that as the week goes on it will go away completely...

The even better news is that today is Thursday and I cant wait for the weekend. My plan is to do absolutely nothing. However, I did promise my little man that I would do my best to take him to the movies to see Diary of a Wimpy Kid 2. I love taking my kiddos to the movies especially when I get to hear them laugh all the way through.

Washington DC

So my hubby and I got to spend 6 whole days away in Washington DC. It was pretty awesome. We had some great alone time, laughed a whole lot and saw some pretty cool stuff! I had a conference and it just worked out that Chris was able to go with me.

This is the Capitol from next to the Washington Monument.

My adorable hubby!

Us chillin at the White House gate!

We really had a great time... No kids and pretty much no stress. We explored lots of different neighborhoods... we had chinese food in China town, had pizza in DuPont Circle, checked out Georgetown and walked all over downtown DC! I fell in love with my precious husband all over again! He surprised me with a moonlight cruise of the Potomac River. It was an awesome plan... however the weather unfortunately didn't cooperate for him! But all in all it was a good time!

And... we were baby makin fools! It was ovulation week and we made the best of it!!!!!!!

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. Love does not demand its own way. Love is not irritable, and it keeps no record of when it has been wronged. It is never glad about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.
